Event Information for Guests
The ECS Quadrennial Gala & Auction Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at River Creek Club, 43800 Olympic Blvd. in Leesburg, VA.
What is a Quadrennial? An event that only happens once every four years! In honor of our first graduating cohort of students who have attended ECS since its inception in 2021, our theme this year is "For Such a Time as This," after the biblical story of Esther. This will be a wonderful event for the adults in your family or group. Those who attend this formal event will enjoy a delightful evening complete with dinner, live and silent auctions, beautiful music, art displays, and our guest speaker Ken Harvey.

- ATTIRE: The Gala attire is dressy. Men can wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.
- RAFFLE TICKETS: 10 tickets for $25
- HEAD AND TAILS GAME: 2 beads for $20 (limit 1 set of beads)
- GUEST SPEAKER: We are pleased to have Ken Harvey, a former NFL linebacker, join us our guest speaker at this year's Gala & Auction on March 8. After a successful football career and motivational media projects, he continues to inspire others by sharing his story at events. As a devoted father, community leader, and man of faith, Ken Harvey embodies the values of hard work, humility, and service to others.
